A few tips when booking your wedding:
1. Know the sizes of the tables your venue offers. Round tables come in several different diameters. We use square linens on round tables as round linens are rare and expensive. There will be an extra charge for "double layering".
2. Skirting fits 2-8 foot tables, comfortably seating 8. If your Wedding Party is greater than 8, extra skirting is required at a cost of $1.50 per foot.
3. Most functions are set up early in the day or if possible, the night before. Check with your venue when set-up can start and if they put up the tables or you. Remember any ceiling decorations and balloons are easier to put up before the tables are set. Our crew will usually put the linens down first, so you can add any flowers, candles and name tags right away.
4. We will help you make a time plan, starting from the ceremony to the food service and coffee/cake time, allowing for pictures, travel distance, receiving lines, formal speeches and toasts. Together we determine the start of the meal. Please try and not be late. If you are more than 45 mins late, extra staff fees will apply at 15.00 per hour per staff.
